An Alternative to Screen Print

Choosing a decoration method is an important factor in representing your brand well. As industry leaders, we are constantly looking at the latest decoration techniques and technologies as they evolve in the digital age. Based on market trends and internal surveys, we introduced Digital Heat Seal Transfer (DHST) as a decoration method.

The Digital Heat Seal Transfer method is a dry decorating method that uses controlled heat and pressure to thermally bond the graphic onto the material’s surface. Instead of printing directly onto the fabric, your design is printed on special material designed to fuse with the garment when appropriate heat and pressure are applied.

With this cost-effective option, the entire garment is your canvas. Compared to screen print, DHST allows us to imprint smaller logos and IDs, as well as fulfill high color needs at low minimums. This technology gives us the ability to create incredibly detailed transfers that can be placed almost anywhere on any garment. It can be used on a wide variety of fabrics, too. All of this creates a photo-like quality to your unique design. And, with our own in-house decoration facilities, we are in control—saving you time and money!

As with any new technology or technique, our customers want to know, “Will it last?”

The answer is yes! A garment imprinted with a Digital Heat Seal Transfer can withstand repeated washings. We are confident that your design will remain affixed to the garment for the life of the product while maintaining color integrity.

One of our clients recently ordered over 3,000 apparel pieces with DHST decoration, and the orders keep coming in from other eager customers. We are excited for this new method to really take off.

If you’re in the market for new, custom headwear, apparel or bags, consider decorating your gear with a Digital Heat Seal Transfer.

It’s not just a trendy new technique. It’s decorated to last.

This is a capital idea, and I like it for my husband. He would love one for his Dodge Dakota truck!
